New Salisbury Beach Carousel Pavilion Seeking General Manager!
Exciting new full-time, year-round position to oversee the day-to-day operations of the carousel pavilion and historic carousel slated to open in Spring 2023 on Broadway at Salisbury Beach Center. Reporting to the Salisbury Beach Partnership Board of Directors, responsibilities will include management of staff, customer relations, cash and financial reporting, function room sales, and carousel marketing.
 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years experience in managing a customer-centric retail or hospitality-type operation, strong people skills, business and marketing savvy, and ability to lead and work with a team.
