Description
Family Yoga is a chance for you and your child(ren) to get their wiggles out, laugh, play, connect with others, and explore the world of yoga in a fun way! All ages are welcome but best suited for 1.5/2+ - this class offers creative yoga sequences, games, songs, and a craft. Taught by Lauren Morash
