Sherri Way and Mark Leger, two great speakers on rental properties and what it takes to be a landlord. They both are landlords of many units and are presidents in their geographic areas such associations as Metro West Property Owners Association and Waltham Rental Housing Association.
They will discuss what you need to know before you consider becoming a landlord and where to get more information if you want to take a class. They will go over what it takes to find a good rental property as well. We also will touch upon what the Massachusetts Fair Housing Laws are for protecting tenants from discrimination. Very informative since they are both real estate agents as well working in the field of commercial and residential real estate.
